When the body talks

Dear Source…knowing someone’s tummy is flip flopping before an important meeting means something is askew. Our soul has many ways of getting our attention and unsettling butterfly nerves can be one. The manifestation of any physical issue can be a signal that mental/emotional/spiritual distress rather than ease is affecting the body. When this pattern is recognized early enough, we can move to new levels of awareness, which may help with the distress. When we recognize the imbalance as a soul message ringing the bell to bring us back to wholeness, change can happen. Breathing deeply before the meeting, breathing deeply to arrest the upset, breathing deeply to connect with something more (like You), breathing deeply and consciously to counteract fear is an easy, natural way to change energetic patterns. Letting go of assumptions as you recognize that all is good no matter how it looks is an attitude adjustment; adopting a neutral mental and emotional stance is soul mastery as well as recognizing that a stressful thought can be replaced with a kind useful thought. All this can help to remove the fear factor and replace it with love and kindness towards oneself and others.
