What can I do?
March 31, 2017
Dear Source…I posed this question on my walk: what can I do to help myself, and others? I have been feeling out of sorts, not finding what is needed to be of service. I look to you for answers or hope to find them from inside or others. I came up with this: 1 – be present. Stay grounded, stay in your body, stay attentive to your surroundings and tune into the people you are with. 2 – be authentic. Be yourself rather than trying to be someone you wish to be. You are unique – there is only one of you, enjoy yourself. 3 – Stay on the good side of life. It’s easy to focus on the bad elements in society. Change your inner focus to a bright light diminishing darkness. 4 – be kind. You have no idea what others are dealing with. Kindness is a smile and friendly acceptance. 5 – watch judgments. Judging another is a prime learning moment. Recognize it, change it, grow inch by inch. 6 – enjoy serendipity. Life has engaging surprises in store for you when you are ready and willing to see them. 7 – use intuition. Intuition, a natural human trait brings answers quicker than thoughtful analysis. 8 – recognize your soul. Your soul has deep answers to the great mystery of life. Tune in to the soft whispers rather than the louder ego chatter. This is a good start, thanks for the reminders of soulful living…Suzie
